9: 5 Breathwork Practices to Calm, Ground, and Reset
Last week, I emphasised the importance of grounding — something we all need after the intensity of the Lion’s Gate Portal, Mercury Retrograde, and the general disruption of summer holidays.
One of the practices I mentioned was breathwork, and this week, I’m going all in.
This is a practical, step-by-step episode where I guide you through 5 different breathwork practices that you can use straight away.
The reason I chose breathwork is because it’s with you everywhere — at home, at work, in every situation. Wherever you go, your breath goes. It is the most powerful and potent embodied practice for grounding yourself.
I cannot emphasise enough the importance of having a regular breathwork practice. The more you master your breath, the more you master your experience of life — learning to respond rather than react.
Breathwork is about cleaning out and rejuvenating your life force — your prana, your chi. It regulates your nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and reconnects you to your body. It’s accessible, effective, and simple to master.
